• First take a plate and wash your hands.
• take of of your fidge bread ,tuna  ,creme chease  tomatoe .
• you have to cat  the  bread in  the middle  and  spread  the  creme chese 
• then when you put it, put the tuna in the chease.           
• you have to cut in four slices of tomatoes   then put in the sandwich then put the othr part of the bread 
• then you open the muth and eat it 
• when you taste it you understand that cooking things is fantastic
